• 2 years of payroll experience with ADP or similar
• Preferred experience in job costing
• Excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO with day-to-day accounting operations
• Process A/P and A/R transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness & compliance with company policy
• Process payroll through ADP
• Oversee banking operations
• Assist with month end & year end closing
• Collaborate with our accounting firm on financial statements
