Optimize Search Group is seeking a hands-on professional to oversee the accounting and financial operations of a business unit within a growing construction and field services organization. This role manages divisional reporting, job costing, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital while partnering with operational leadership to boost profitability.

The ideal candidate has 2–8 years of progressive accounting experience in construction or project-based environments, solid job costing and WIP

Qualificações

• 2–8 years of progressive accounting experience within construction or a project-based environment.
• Strong job costing and WIP accounting expertise.
• Ability to translate financial results into actionable business insights.
• Experience with a modern ERP system and a willingness to drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the monthly close process and ensure accurate, timely financial statements.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and schedules.
• Deliver monthly financial reporting packages with variance analysis for leadership.
• Maintain balance sheet accuracy and support internal controls and audit requirements.
• Coordinate audit support and respond to information requests.
