This hands-on role collaborates with the accounting team, vendors, and lenders to resolve discrepancies, prepare reports, and ensure financial processes run smoothly through meticulous coding, reconciliations, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 2 years in an accounting-related role within construction.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel; strong reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable activities, including vendor verification and payments.
• Code expenses to the proper accounts and projects; support job costing and budgets.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets; research discrepancies and assist audits.
• Coordinate with internal teams and lenders to gather and analyze financial information.
