Responsibilities

• Process approximately 200–300 AP invoices weekly for multiple entities.
• Perform three-way matching and ensure invoice accuracy.
• Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing.
• Complete account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support job costing and ensure costs are accurately recorded and allocated.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and day-to-day accounting operations.
• Support the accounting team with month-end activities and other tasks as needed.
