Penhall Company seeks an Assembly/Construction Account Manager who will manage client relationships, estimate projects, and oversee project execution to drive revenue growth. The role blends service and project work, requiring proactive communication and strong client management skills.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent industry experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, estimating, or sales in construction or related industry preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel locally to call on customers and sites.
• Strong project management, organizational and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare proposals for assigned projects.
• Oversee project management to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Handle project and/or service work and respond to client needs.
• Meet annual sales volume goal of $3M–$5M+.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients as primary contact.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely follow-up.
