Job summary

Penhall Company is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue through client relationships and project oversight. You will estimate proposals, manage service and project work, and ensure client satisfaction while meeting annual revenue targets. Travel locally is expected, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction-related sales or project management and a valid driver's license. Associate's degree is required, Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent industry experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, estimating, or sales within commercial construction or related industry.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability and willingness to travel locally to call on customers, visit jobsites, and attend walks.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Proficient verbal and written communication; OSHA knowledge and MS Office/CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and prepare proposals for assigned projects.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure on-time, on-budget completion and client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships; act as primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Aim to meet or exceed annual revenue targets of $3M+; identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with branch manager, sales, and other departments to align goals.
