Sitemetric seeks a proactive Shift Leader to oversee Access Control Officers on large projects or campus environments in Alexandria, VA. The role focuses on maintaining high performance, site compliance, and smooth workforce logistics, acting as a primary contact for internal teams and external stakeholders.

The position requires flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver the highest-quality service across dynamic construction

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role in security/access control.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to resolve conflicts quickly in high-pressure environments.
• Reliable, professional and customer-service oriented.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Shift Oversight and Compliance: Lead and supervise ACOs on a shift or project; ensure proper deployment, training and support.
• Operational Leadership: Serve as primary onsite leader when Site Logistics Leader is unavailable; escalate issues.
• Workforce Management: Verify attendance and performance; provide real-time coaching.
• Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Point of contact for customer reps; communicate site conditions and concerns.
• Logistics & Administration: Maintain shift operation records; ensure equipment is functioning; support scheduling.
