Job summary

Providence PACE is seeking a Constant Care Attendant to create and deliver cognitive and sensory programs for older adults in Solano, Napa, and parts of Sonoma counties. The role requires driving to participant homes and clinics, with a Saturday to Wednesday 1pm-9pm schedule.

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Driving is necessary; caregivers must provide proof of driver's license and auto insurance upon request.
• Experience working with older adults and adults with dementia.

The Constant Care Attendant creates and develops cognitive and sensory programs in the three activity spheres of Productivity, Self-Care, and Leisure to engage the participants in the PACE program. Facilitates individual activities to complement the uniqueness of each person. Uses a person-centered approach to maintain a healthy social environment for the adults.

Required qualifications:
