Providence PACE is seeking a Constant Care Attendant to create and deliver cognitive and sensory programs for older adults in Solano, Napa, and parts of Sonoma counties. The role requires driving to participant homes and clinics, with a Saturday to Wednesday 1pm-9pm schedule.

Strong Spanish/English bilingual skills are strongly preferred. You will use a person-centered approach to engage participants in Productivity, Self-Care, and Leisure activities, supporting independence and social

Formación

• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Driving is necessary; caregivers must provide proof of driver's license and auto insurance upon request.
• Experience working with older adults and adults with dementia.

• Facilitate individual activities and use a person-centered approach to maintain a healthy social environment.
