Providence PACE Napa seeks a Constant Care Attendant to develop cognitive and sensory activities for the elderly in the community, with driving to reach participants across Solano, Napa and parts of Sonoma counties. Schedule: Saturday to Wednesday, 1pm–9pm.

This on-site role emphasizes a person-centered approach to help participants stay active and independent, supported by Providence's comprehensive benefits and mission.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
• Driving is required; must provide valid driver license and auto insurance upon request.
• Experience working with older adults and dementia.

Responsabilités

• Create cognitive and sensory programs in Productivity, Self-Care, and Leisure for PACE participants.
• Facilitate individual activities tailored to each person’s needs.
• Use a person-centered approach to maintain a healthy social environment.
