Job summary

Colorado Trout Unlimited is seeking a detail‑oriented operations professional to support day‑to‑day logistics and systems management from the Denver area. You will coordinate with a contract bookkeeper, manage donor data, and support major chapter events while helping to optimize workflows and communications.

The role emphasizes teamwork, conservation commitment, and flexible scheduling, with occasional weekend/evening hours and up to hybrid work from Colorado offices.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or direct experience in business/non-profit operations.
• Familiarity with database management and operations.
• Direct experience with Bloomerang and QuickBooks is helpful but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CRM systems and processes, including membership import, donor data entry and automations.
• Coordinate financial information delivery with contract bookkeeping service and Finance Committee.
• Provide operational/logistics support for core Colorado TU events (Rendezvous, Gala, Troutfest Colorado).
• Coordinate basic donor communications and automations (renewal letters, tax receipts/thanks, year‑end campaigns).
• Handle general inquiries from chapters and others as first point of contact.
• Review, document and improve Colorado TU systems and processes.
