Job summary

Cloud & Things is seeking a Technical Trainer (ConneXion Implementation) to support the State of Missouri project from Jefferson City. The role is primarily remote with approximately two weeks onsite per quarter.

Duration is up to 5 years, with W2 hourly rate of $60-75. You will deliver training across project phases, coordinate with the DMH Training Team, State Project Manager, Solution Vendor, and IV&V to support training readiness and adoption.

Qualifications

• At least two years of training experience for large enterprise implementations.
• Experience with adult learning principles and large-scale training delivery.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and training tools (Articulate, Captivate).
• Ability to ensure materials meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements.
• Ability to be 100% dedicated to the ConneXion project.
• Experience supporting training readiness coordination and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training across project phases for ConneXion implementation.
• Coordinate with project teams to support training readiness and delivery.
• Apply adult learning principles and manage training logistics.
• Utilize LMS and authoring tools to support content delivery.
• Collaborate using Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and ADO.
• Ensure accessibility compliance for all training materials.
• Support attendance tracking, content review, and reporting.
• Participate in onsite training in Jefferson City roughly two weeks per quarter.
