Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Enterprise Datacenter Trainer to join our USMC hybrid-cloud data center operations team in Kansas City, MO. The role entails hands-on training, analysis of requirements, and collaboration with TAC and engineering leadership.

You will train TAC Analysts and Datacenter staff, ensuring certification for tasks in monitoring, incident response, and hosting environments across USMC deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 11+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven ability to train staff and upskill teams in complex datacenter environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on training for TAC Analysts and Datacenter Operations staff.
• Support USMC hybrid-cloud data center operations and incident handling.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop customized training plans and track progress.
• Document training status and ensure rechecks at required intervals.
