Job summary

Redwood Logistics in Chicago is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Connectivity, to own the strategic direction and roadmap for how Redwood integrates with carriers, customers, and technology partners across the enterprise.

Reporting to the CIO, you will lead the evolution of connectivity capabilities across EDI, APIs, RPA, and modern integration platforms, partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to standardize onboarding, improve reliability, and scale partner interactions.

Qualifications

7+ years of product management for enterprise software or integration products.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain integrations.
Ability to define strategy, operating models, and metrics.
Proven KPI framework and data-driven business cases.
Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Own connectivity capability roadmap across EDI, API, RPA, and integration platforms.
Lead current-state assessment of Redwood connections with trading partners.
Own end-to-end trading partner onboarding experience.
Establish standardized capabilities and operating models.
Develop KPI framework for connectivity.
Define platform strategy enabling self-service onboarding.
Drive evolution of integration platform with automation and AI mapping.
Build data-driven business cases for connectivity investments.
Influence decisions across matrixed organization.
Monitor integration tech trends and standards.
