Job summary

Redwood Logistics, LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Connectivity to drive the strategic direction of carrier, customer, and partner integrations. You will lead EDI, API, and RPA initiatives across the enterprise, coordinating with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Sales and Delivery to standardize onboarding and improve reliability.

You will define metrics, shape platform strategy, and build scalable, automated workflows that enable self-service onboarding and better partner

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for enterprise software or integrations.
• Experience with EDI, APIs, data mapping or iPaaS platforms is preferred.
• Ability to define strategy, success metrics, and scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Own connectivity roadmap across EDI, API, RPA and integration platforms.
• Lead current-state assessment of partner connections and workflows.
• Own end-to-end trading partner onboarding, from engagement to live connection.
• Define when standardized capabilities create enterprise leverage.
• Develop KPI framework to measure onboarding speed and reliability.
• Partner with Engineering to enable self-service onboarding and testing.
• Drive platform evolution with automation and AI-assisted mapping.
• Build data-driven business cases and communicate tradeoffs to executives.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on strategy.
