You will partner with Brokerage Operations, Pricing, Engineering, Architecture, and Data Science to translate business priorities into scalable tech capabilities, with emphasis on automation and margin-driving workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• Track record of automation and operational transformation
• Experience partnering with Operations in logistics or supply chain
• Ability to build relationships and influence across matrixed orgs
• Data-driven decision making and measurable outcomes
• Translate strategy into capability roadmaps and investments

Responsibilities

• Own the brokerage platform capability roadmap and partner with Operations, Pricing, Engineering, Architecture, and Data Science
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual touches
• Deliver integrated pricing workflows and enable continuous learning from outcomes
• Define measurable business outcomes and use data to refine priorities
