Redwood Logistics LLC in Chicago, IL seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Brokerage Platform to own the capability roadmap and collaborate with Operations, Pricing, Engineering, Architecture and Data Science to translate business priorities into scalable tech capabilities. You will drive automation, margin improvement, and modernize daily brokerage workflows.

The role is high-visibility, focused on measurable operating drivers, and requires strong cross-functional leadership across a matrixed

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience leading enterprise software or digital platforms
• Track record of delivering automation and operational transformation with measurable outcomes
• Experience partnering with Operations leaders in logistics or supply chain environments
• Ability to influence peers and stakeholders without direct authority
• Strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset for product decisions
• Able to operate in a highly matrixed organization and balance priorities

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic technology partner to Brokerage Operations leadership to modernize capabilities and automate workflows
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to automate workflows, reduce manual touches, and improve cycle times
• Partner with Pricing, Data Science, Engineering, and Architecture to deliver integrated capabilities
• Define measurable business outcomes for product investments using data and stakeholder feedback
• Influence decisions across a matrixed organization and align short-term needs with long-term capabilities
• Continuously evaluate business and technology trends to keep the Brokerage platform competitive and scalable
