Job summary

Redwood Logistics LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Connectivity to own the enterprise connectivity roadmap across EDI, APIs, RPA, and integration platforms. You will partner with Engineering, Architecture, and Operations to standardize onboarding, improve partner experiences, and enable scalable partner integrations.

You will drive KPI frameworks, quantify opportunities, and present data-driven recommendations to executives while balancing cross-functional priorities in a matrix

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in enterprise software or integration products.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain is preferred.
• Knowledge of EDI (X12/EDIFACT), APIs, data mapping, and RPA.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Business, or Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own connectivity capability roadmap across EDI, API, RPA, and integration platforms.
• Lead a current-state assessment of Redwood's trading partner connections.
• Own end-to-end onboarding experience for trading partners.
• Define KPI framework and measure onboarding speed, quality, and reliability.
• Partner with Engineering to enable self-service onboarding and automated workflows.
• Drive evolution of integration platform with reusable patterns and AI-assisted mapping.
• Build business cases for connectivity investments and present to executives.
