This role involves managing the Connectivity Center, addressing guest requests, training staff, and ensuring service excellence. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, at least two years in tourism, and knowledge of Opera Cloud. Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in the tourism sector.
• Preferable knowledge in Concierge, Front Desk, Guest Relations.
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the Connectivity Center as a communication hub.
• Train and direct team members for high-quality customer service.
• Coordinate guest profiles, preferences, and requests effectively.
