Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin is seeking a Manager, Connectivity to lead the Connectivity Center and oversee the guest journey from pre‑arrival to post‑stay. You will become familiar with all resort facilities, services, standards, and procedures to ensure the Connectivity team delivers personalized, prompt attention.

You will supervise and train staff, manage schedules, and empower the team to provide exceptional service while maintaining brand integrity and guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Front Office operations management experience in a 5‑star hotel or resort.
• Proven experience leading a team.
• Proficient with Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the Connectivity Center team; manage staffing and schedules.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain SOPs and uphold brand standards across all interactions.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Manage pre‑arrival, in‑house, and post‑departure communications with guests.
