Kerzner International's One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana, is seeking a Guest Relations Coordinator - Private Homes to manage in-house and post-stay guest experiences for homeowners, ensuring personalized service and exceeding expectations across all touchpoints. The role requires exceptional hospitality, strong communication in English, and the ability to coordinate with multiple hotel teams.

A background in luxury guest services and familiarity with Opera/Excel is valued; housing

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate with MS Office, Excel and Opera.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
• Has the ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, co-workers, and management.
• Business or Management qualifications are desirable.
• Medical insurance - 80% of premium paid by employer
