UltiPlay Parks & Playgrounds seeks a driven Connecticut Territory Manager to own the territory’s sales, repairs, drop shipments, and projects from start to finish. You will build relationships with landscape architects, schools, religious groups, HOAs, and developers, guiding opportunities from concept to completion.

In this role you’ll prospect regularly, conduct site visits, deliver presentations and quotes, and manage CRM activities. Occasional travel and ongoing training are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of territory performance including sales, repairs, drop shipments, and projects from start to finish
• Create and execute an annual territory prospecting plan
• Achieve agreed-upon sales goals and performance metrics
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and early-stage project opportunities
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct prospecting calls, site visits, and customer meetings at least 3 days per week
• Provide 24-hour follow-up on all leads and client communication
• Drive repeat business and referral relationships
• Lead CRM management and maintain organized systems
• Coordinate sales and project execution with internal teams and vendors
