Job summary

Cable One is seeking a Connected Properties Account Executive to identify, develop, and close property-wide connectivity and data services opportunities across assigned markets. You will consult with property owners, developers, and operators to understand needs and deliver managed Wi-Fi, internet access, and data connectivity solutions, driving adoption across multi-dwelling and hospitality environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise, MDU, hospitality, broadband, managed services, networking, Wi-Fi, technology, commercial real estate sales, or a comparable consultative sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, engage multiple stakeholders, and advance complex opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute territory and account plans for priority properties and portfolios.
• Identify and qualify opportunities across new construction, retrofit projects, and multi-property portfolios.
• Develop and present managed-services proposals focused on resident or guest experience and property differentiation.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and implementation handoff.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data for pipeline, forecast, and opportunities.
