Job summary

Cable One, Inc. is hiring an Account Executive to drive property-wide managed connectivity initiatives across assigned markets.

You will identify opportunities in multi-dwelling units, hotels, resorts, and hospitality portfolios, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution and handoff. You will work with owners, developers, and operators to tailor data services, Wi-Fi, and network solutions, partnering with internal teams to develop feasible proposals and long-term value

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise, MDU, hospitality, broadband, or managed services with a consultative sales approach.
• Strong discovery, presentation, proposal, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business outcomes without product-only language.
• Experience collaborating with technical, operational, financial, construction, legal, billing, and support teams.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to maintain accurate opportunity and forecast information.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for meetings, site visits, and events.

Responsibilities

• Territory & Account Development: Build a territory and account plan to identify priority properties, ownership groups, developers, and portfolios.
• Customer Discovery & Solution Development: Identify data services, internet access, bandwidth, and network requirements for each property solution.
• Stakeholder & Opportunity Management: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close planning and ongoing engagement.
• Pipeline, Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain Salesforce data and qualified pipeline to meet revenue and unit goals.
• Customer Experience & Expansion: Ensure a smooth deployment and explore opportunities for portfolio expansion.
