Job summary

Culligan with ZeroWater Technology is seeking a Product Manager to own the lifecycle of connected products, drive a multi-year roadmap, and translate dealer and customer needs into features. You will monitor adoption, gather feedback, and inform new development decisions to improve product outcomes.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, creating business cases, and establishing best practices to scale connected offerings across markets. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CS or Business preferred.
• 5+ years in Product Management, with 2+ years in connected products or IT.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with connected products and mobile applications.
• Familiar with Jira, Microsoft Office, Slack, Miro.
• Travel up to 10% of the time based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of current connected product offerings including scope, design, implementation, maintenance and support.
• Partner to develop and maintain a multi-year product line roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize dealer, customer, and business requirements into product features.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, engagement, and customer feedback for improvement.
• Conduct voice of customer/dealer research to inform new development decisions.
• Develop and maintain new product requirements, business cases, and supporting docs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external developers to manage scope, timing, and risk.
• Create documentation and best practices to support long-term growth and adoption of Connected Products.
• Optimize processes for prioritization, requirements gathering and release management.
