Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations in Deerfield, IL, seeks a Senior Product Manager for Moen's Water Filtration portfolio. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and P&L across B2B and B2C channels, partnering with Channel, Sales, and Digital teams.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, water filtration knowledge, and a track record of successful launches. The position is hybrid in Deerfield, with travel up to 15-20% and opportunities to influence product strategy and portfolio

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of product management experience with lifecycle, pricing, and portfolio performance.
Experience with water filtration products and understanding of filter media and testing.
P&L ownership and data-driven decision making.
Strong cross-functional leadership across Sales, Engineering, and R&D.
Experience with B2B and B2C channels; translate insights to strategy.

Responsibilities

Translate 3-year product roadmap across Moen product types for Wholesale and Retail channels.
Manage the complete product lifecycle from innovation to end-of-life decisions.
Partner with Engineering and Suppliers on plan execution.
Lead NPD from concept to launch with business case and requirements.
Define market segment priorities andGo-To-Market plans to achieve P&L objectives.
Own pricing decisions to drive margin and net sales.
