Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of product management or related role.
• Experience with new product introductions and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
• Define product requirements, pricing, and positioning through competitive research and voice of customer input.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle — from concept to launch to end-of-life.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment across product development, documentation, and go-to-market plans.
• Create compelling sales tools, training materials, and support adoption efforts with the Sales team.
• Track product health, including performance metrics, pricing, cost analysis, and rationalization.
