Pentair is seeking a Product Manager for our North Aurora, IL team. You will own the product lifecycle, drive profitability, and lead cross-functional initiatives across sales, finance, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing operations.

You will shape pricing strategy, product line optimization, and channel expansion while partnering with Operations and Engineering to maximize revenue and margin. This role requires strategic thinking and strong communication across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of product lifecycle management experience for engineered products.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to drive growth and profitability.
• Excellent data interpretation and voice-of-the-customer insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch review.
• Drive pricing, line optimization, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, marketing, engineering, and ops.
• Develop demand plans, channel strategy, and meet financial targets.
• Travel up to 15–25% for tradeshows, customer visits, and events.
