Watts Water Technologies seeks a Sr. Product Manager to lead the product portfolio strategy across lifecycle stages, driving orders, profitability and cash flow. You will coordinate NPD launches, align with sales/marketing on GTM plans, and monitor market trends to stay ahead of competitors.

Hybrid work in North Andover, MA with travel as needed. The role demands 8+ years in product management, strong leadership, and excellent communication, with MBA a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related Product Management experience with a successful track record.
• Proven success in developing and implementing strategic and financial business plans.
• Proven leadership to lead virtual teams across a matrix.
• Sales channel and/or management experience.
• Relevant engineering experience.
• Strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and self-starter attitude.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute product portfolio strategy including roadmaps and lifecycle.
• Maximize orders, sales growth, profitability and cash flow.
• Ensure base cost targets align with global plans and investments.
• Lead NPD launches with internal/external coordination and budgets.
• Lead major reviews: Business Plans, Strategy, and Annual Operating Plan.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing on go-to-market and channel strategy.
• Track market needs, trends, and competitor intelligence.
• Serve as global advisor on competition, standards, policy.
• Create/train materials to educate customers and Watts sales teams; travel as needed.
