Kinetico Incorporated seeks a Product Manager to drive a global product portfolio and roadmap. You will work with Sales, R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align strategies and timelines for development and commercialization.

The role requires strong product marketing background, leadership, and ability to leverage digital solutions to enhance customer experience. 25% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 2+ years’ product marketing experience with emphasis on digital and connected business models.
• Leadership, business development, and marketing mindset.
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to prepare and present plans, proposals, and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a product roadmap using research, insights, and trends.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Sales, R&D, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Leads portfolio projects, business case development, and timelines for development and commercialization.
• Works with regional marketing teams to address different regional needs.
• Monitors competition, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives customer value.
