Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience leading complex projects.
• Experience managing external customer projects with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and revenue forecasting.
• Experience with cross-functional teams including technical, operational, clinical, or engineering resources.
• Proficiency with project management tools and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% based on milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from sales handoff through installation, testing, go-live, and transition to ongoing support.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, documentation, and progress reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, coordinating activities with customer IT teams, nursing stakeholders, and Baxter project teams.
• Forecast project revenue, maintain accurate project reporting, and support achievement of annual revenue targets.
• Identify project risks, delays, and roadblocks and drive resolution plans.
• Support implementations of Baxter Connected Care solutions, ensuring a successful customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
