Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Project Manager for its Connected Care division to lead customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and transition to support. You will coordinate internal and external resources to deliver nurse call and digital health solutions, serving as the primary customer contact throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience leading complex projects.
• Experience managing external customer projects with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live and transition to support.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and documentation.
• Coordinate with customer IT teams, nursing stakeholders, and Baxter project teams.
• Forecast project revenue and maintain accurate reporting to meet annual targets.
• Identify risks, delays, and roadblocks and drive resolution plans.
• Support deployments of Baxter Connected Care solutions for a positive customer experience.
