Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management experience leading complex projects.
• Experience managing external customer projects with timelines and deliverables.
• Experience coordinating multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and revenue forecasting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams that may include technical, operational, clinical, or engineering resources.
• Proficiency with project management tools to track milestones, budgets, project status, and customer deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Ability to travel ~25% based on milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from sales handoff through go-live and transition to ongoing support.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, documentation, and progress reporting across multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, coordinating activities with customer IT teams, nursing stakeholders, and Baxter project teams.
• Manage approximately 10 customer projects simultaneously, with project values ranging from approximately $50K to $10M depending on scope and complexity.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources including Project Leads, Clinical Specialists, Engineers, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Forecast project revenue, maintain accurate project reporting, and support achievement of assigned annual revenue targets through timely project execution and documentation.
• Identify project risks, delays, and roadblocks related to construction, IT readiness, installation activities, or customer dependencies, and drive resolution plans.
• Support implementations of Baxter Connected Care solutions, including nurse call systems and digital health technologies, while ensuring a successful customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
