Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, congress management, customer operations, or project coordination.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling platforms, CRM systems, or event technologies preferred.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage congress engagement logistics from planning through execution.
• Coordinate meeting requests, updates, schedule changes, and attendee communications.
• Maintain accurate engagement records and tracking systems.
• Monitor action items and follow-up activities across multiple teams.
• Serve as a primary operational contact for assigned congress programs.
• Coordinate room schedules, meeting logistics, and attendee requirements.
• Support thought leader and employee communications.
• Troubleshoot logistical issues and elevate risks when necessary.
• Provide on-site support during congress execution.
• Create and provide reporting, reconciliation, and post-congress activities.
• Support multiple therapeutic areas, teams, and engagement programs within customer accounts.
