Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Conflicts Analyst to hybrid in-office three days per week in Dallas (75201) or Tampa (33610). The role requires 1–3 years of legal conflicts experience and a Bachelor's degree, with hours aligned to Pacific Time.

The position involves reviewing new matter memos, querying the conflicts database, and producing concise summaries for attorneys. Candidates should be able to adhere to firm policies and assist with training Conflicts Clerks.

Responsibilities

• Review new matter memos for accuracy and completion.
• Search all relevant and necessary parties in the firm's conflicts database.
• Review conflict of interest reports and prepare summaries based on the actual and potential conflicts of interest identified.
• Provide summaries to requesting attorneys and respond to any questions.
• Adhere to all firm and department policies and procedures related to searching, reviewing conflict reports, and preparing summaries.
• Assist with keeping all shared documents accurate + assist with training Conflicts Clerks
