Location: Century City, CA (Fully in‑office during onboarding; hybrid or fully remote after probation)
Compensation: $175,000–$230,000 annually
A respected national law firm is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join its centralized conflicts team. This non‑practicing attorney role is ideal for someone who enjoys analytical, research‑driven work and wants to play a key part in ensuring compliance with ethical and business conflict standards.
You will work closely with the Conflicts team, attorneys throughout the firm, and the Office of General Counsel to evaluate and resolve potential conflicts of interest. This team consists of five professionals—two Conflicts Attorneys, two Conflicts Analysts, and a Conflicts Manager—who collectively handle conflicts for the entire firm.
The firm has recently updated its in‑office expectations and is now open to greater flexibility for this position. After an initial fully in‑office probation period (typically 2–4 months depending on readiness), candidates may transition to hybrid or fully remote work.
