Responsibilities

• Review new matter memos for accuracy and completion.
• Search all relevant parties in the firm's conflicts database.
• Review conflict of interest reports and prepare summaries.
• Provide summaries to requesting attorneys and respond to questions.
• Adhere to firm policies related to searching, reviewing reports, and summaries.
• Assist with keeping shared documents current and accurate.
• Assist with training and mentoring Conflicts Clerks.
• Special projects and additional duties as assigned.
