Job summary

Consultative Search Group is sourcing a Conflicts Analyst for a premier global law firm in Menlo Park, CA. You will support New Business and Lateral New Hire conflicts, and Engagement Management, ensuring accurate conflict checks and timely resolutions.

The role requires 3+ years in conflicts analysis within a law firm, familiarity with Intapp Open/Intapp Walls/NetDocs, and strong communication with attorneys and staff. On-site with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years conflicts analysis in a law firm preferred.
• Experience with Intapp Open/Intapp Walls/NetDocs or risk management tools highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication with attorneys and staff, customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize conflict check reports from the conflicts database.
• Analyze requests for new business conflicts and gather clear information for intake forms.
• Oversee conflicts review for lateral hires and new candidates, coordinating with attorneys and sponsors.
• Research prospective clients and entities to summarize steps to address conflicts.
• Update data in conflicts and financial databases and verify information accuracy.
• Interact with Conflicts Attorneys to discuss reports and necessary reviews.
• Follow up on conflicts issues with team to ensure timely resolutions.
• Respond to department inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist in training of other team members and complete special projects.
