Job summary

Consultative Search Group supports a global law firm in locating a Conflicts Analyst for New Business and Lateral New Hire processes. You’ll identify, review, and resolve conflicts of interest with attorneys and the Engagement Management team.

Role requires strong attention to detail, data analysis using Intapp Open/Walls and NetDocs, and clear communication with attorneys and staff; flexibility for extended hours and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of conflicts analysis at a law firm preferred.
• Experience with Intapp Open, Intapp Walls or NetDocs is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and independent/team work ability.
• Excellent client service and communication with attorneys and staff.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible/extended hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize conflict check reports from the conflicts database.
• Analyze requests for New Business conflicts and assist with intake forms.
• Oversee conflicts review for lateral hires and new hires; summarize reports.
• Research prospective clients using internal/external databases and summarize steps.
• Update data in conflicts and financial databases and verify accuracy.
• Interact with Conflicts Attorneys to discuss reports and provide resolutions.
• Follow up on conflict issues with team members to ensure timely resolution.
• Respond to department emails accurately and professionally, promptly.
• Assist in training other team members and complete special projects.
