Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior conflicts experience considered.
• Experience with relational databases such as Intapp Open, LegalKey, or CompliGuard Analyze.
• Online research experience (e.g., Dun & Bradstreet) is desirable.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel; PDF software a plus; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open and online tools.
• Follow department procedures and understand conflicts request workflows.
• Apply basic conflicts of interest principles from advised training.
• Demonstrate sound judgment and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Interpret, analyze, and synthesize data to reach logical conclusions.
• Be a self-starter and work well with a diverse team; handle other duties as assigned.
