Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join its Office of Legal Affairs. You will identify and resolve conflicts of interest for new engagements and hires, and draft disclosures, waivers, and engagement letters.

The ideal candidate has a JD with 3+ years of law firm experience, strong research and writing skills, and the ability to communicate diplomatically with attorneys and business professionals across the firm.

Qualifications

• JD required with at least three years of law firm experience.
• Active bar license strongly preferred.
• Experience with conflicts and ethics in a law firm environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze electronic information to identify potential conflict issues.
• Conduct electronic research using Westlaw, Google, and other tools.
• Analyze and resolve conflict of interest issues and provide guidance to firm attorneys.
