Job summary

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from ABA-accredited school with bar admission in good standing.
• 3+ years in conflicts, risk management, or new business intake at a law firm.
• Experience interpreting client outside counsel guidelines and engagement terms.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and negotiate client outside counsel guidelines and engagement terms.
• Identify risks and advise on exceptions or revisions to clients and attorneys.
• Draft responsive language to align client requirements with firm policy.
• Coordinate approvals with General Counsel, Finance, IT, and other departments.
• Provide training on OCGs, conflicts, and risk-management issues.
