Polsinelli PC seeks a Conflicts Counsel – Outside Counsel Guidelines to support conflicts, new business intake, professional responsibility, and risk-management functions. The Counsel will review, interpret, negotiate, and implement client outside counsel guidelines (OCGs) and engagement terms while coordinating with attorneys and business professionals.

Qualifikationen

• Active and in-good-standing U.S. state bar membership.
• Experience reviewing and interpreting contractual terms and client requirements.
• Knowledge of ABA Model Rules and conflicts-of-interest principles.

Aufgaben

• Review, analyze, and negotiate client outside counsel guidelines and engagement letters.
• Identify conflicts with firm policies and advise on risk.
• Draft exceptions and responsive language aligning client terms with firm policies.
• Coordinate with clients and firm stakeholders on OCGs and terms.
• Maintain records of negotiated terms and support policy development.
• Provide training on OCG requirements and risk-management issues.
