Qualifications

• One year of conflicts or legal assistant experience (or similar analyst experience in a decision-making capacity) required.
• Willingness to learn law and fundamental principles regarding conflict of interest issues.

Responsibilities

• Respond to lawyer and staff requests to perform conflicts of interest searches.
• Research corporate history of clients and parties.
• Review information submitted by lawyers and support staff for completion and accuracy.
