Qualifications

• 3+ years of conflicts resolution experience or 5+ years as a practicing attorney.
• Active member of the bar(s) in jurisdictions of practice.
• Ability to work extended and/or weekend hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct.
• Analyze and resolve conflicts of interest related to new business.
• Draft and review ethical screens and conflict waivers.
