Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts reports for new matters, lateral hires, and intake requests.
• Research issues, advise attorneys, and support conflict resolution efforts.
• Draft waivers, consents, and implement ethical walls.
• Review intake forms, engagement letters, and client guidelines.
• Partner with Conflicts Counsel and General Counsel on conflicts-related matters.
