The ideal candidate will hold a Juris Doctorate, be admitted to practice, and demonstrate experience managing complex conflicts, waivers, and engagement letters in a high‑stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate required with at least 3 years of legal practice.
• Active bar in good standing in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts of interest on new business and lateral hires.
• Draft waivers and engagement letters; advise on ethical issues.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda for General Counsel and firm committees.
• Coordinate with international offices when needed.
• Ensure compliance with Rules of Professional Conduct across jurisdictions.
