Responsibilities

• Review candidate conflicts questionnaires for completeness and compliance.
• Conduct conflicts searches using firm databases and search protocols.
• Apply Boolean logic to conflicts searches per policy.
• Analyze parties and affiliations using research resources.
• Escalate potential conflicts issues as needed.
