Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Experience with SQL/Oracle databases a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise configuration team members to achieve timely, high-quality builds.
• Interview, hire, and evaluate staff; enforce policies and provide coaching.
• Lead client-facing communications and ensure service delivery meets SLAs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client teams to resolve issues.
• Support project teams with configuration design and enhancements.
