MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Supervisory Configuration professional to lead a regional team of Configuration Specialists and Analysts.

You will drive service delivery, ensure timely and accurate configuration builds, and collaborate with client-facing teams to align on project goals. The role emphasizes leadership, training, performance management, and cross-functional coordination to support client satisfaction and growth.

Qualificações

• Supervises a group of Configuration Specialists and Analysts in development and maintenance of client-specific benefit designs.
• Interacts with client-facing teams to drive timely service delivery and project execution.
• Ensures deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Interviewing and recommending candidates for hire; evaluating performance; enforcing guidelines and standards.
• Develops and delivers training programs and mentoring for staff to improve client service delivery.
• Partners with other MedImpact units to resolve client issues and implement new configuration solutions.
• Leads special projects and participates in cross-functional workgroups and committees as assigned.
